Crystals are the premium currency. They're used in the Black Market for items like Energy Potions and Scrolls of Pardon, and to unlock Premium. You earn a small amount of Crystals for free through the Battle Pass, or buy them directly:

Mentor Energy regenerates over time as you play. If you want to keep chatting with a mentor right away instead of waiting, you can buy a single Energy Potion directly, or get one from the Black Market for 5 Crystals.
Premium is a 30-day account upgrade purchased with Crystals — it does not have a separate USD price. It raises max Mentor Energy to 5, gives longer mentor responses, unlocks up to 7 custom quests (including auto-resetting Daily Quests), exclusive nickname/profile cosmetics, and access to Premium Battle Pass rewards.
Buying Premium again while it's still active extends your remaining time by another 30 days instead of restarting it.
Every quest you complete earns Battle Pass XP for the current monthly season. The Free track gives simple rewards (Gold, a Crystal or two, and a couple of Energy Potions or Scrolls of Pardon across the season). The Premium track — unlocked while Premium is active — gives significantly better rewards, including exclusive cosmetics and bonus Crystals.
